 To All Georges Creek Homeowners,

One of the most important requirements of the Board of the Georges Creek HOA has is the communication with all owners. To cost effectively provide you with community news, association documents and notices of meetings, please go to www.georgescreekhoa.com and sign up with our website. As many of you know the cost of mailings has consistently gone up and if communication to owners requires mailing, this may cause our yearly dues to go higher. Please register with our community website today.
 
Another duty of the board is to enforce our deed restrictions and any rules and regulations that have been created to create an environment that benefits all owners. Starting immediately, the Board, with assistance from the management company will begin consistent and proper rule enforcements. All owners are required to abide by the deed restrictions and failure may result in assessments and legal fees to your account, liens, and even extreme cases have resulted in foreclosure upon a property. To help owners, below we have provided a summary of items that need to be addressed immediately.
 
  • No semis, trailers, boats, campers, and ATV parking.
  • Trash cans are to be hidden from view from the front of the property.
  • No grills, trampolines, swing sets, or outdoor furniture are allowed to be in the front yards.
  • No metal sheds.
  • No broken down, inoperable vehicles.
  • No above ground pools.
  • All yards must have trimmed bushes and grass must be maintained.
  • Vehicle parking must not block driveway entrances or block sidewalks.
  • All trash cans and bulk trash are to be taken out no earlier than one day prior to the scheduled trash day and must be brought in the same day as the scheduled trash day.
  • If your bulk trash is not picked up, it cannot remain on the curb.
  • All exterior furniture must be for outdoor use (Example: no couches).
  • All exterior improvements require board approval.
 
To assist the Board we are asking you, if you are aware of any violation of our community, please go to our website and submit a complaint.
