To better serve our community, effective September 1, 2023, the Board of Directors has partnered with a professional association management company to assist in the management of our Georges Creek Homeowners Association. In addition to partnering with an association management company, we have also retained the services of the law firm of Kaman and Cusimano, who specializes in community association law.
Managing and maintaining planned community associations requires many tasks, procedures, accounting, contracts, and a significant amount of time. Board members also must navigate state and local laws, HOA assessment collections, and our deed restrictions. By having a solid team of proper professionals, the community stands to not only benefit from the professional services but also allows the Board of Directors to manage the community more effectively, which will result in added value to our community and our individual properties.
Reminder, starting September 1st, all communications, correspondence, and HOA assessment processing will be handled by HomeARCH Association Management. See below on how to get started.
