All owners are required to provide contact information. This information is used for contacting you regarding association matters and in the event of an emergency related to the community.

The maintenance request is for general repair items that are the responsibility of the association.

ARCHITECTURAL/EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENT APPLICATION
If you are interested in completing exterior improvements please be aware of the guidelines set forth in the Covenants and Deed Restrictions of the Georges Creek Homeowners Association. For pre-approval and acceptance of your proposed improvements, please complete the Architectural/Exterior Improvement Application. Upon verification that your proposed changes are within the guidelines of the Association, you will be notified in writing, within 30 days of the receipt of your request. Your association's owner account balance must be current and in good standing before an improvement will be approved.
- Complete all information on the application, along with detailed drawings or literature showing your proposed improvements.
- Approval of the application is good for one year from the date it is approved by the Association.
- A Homeowner may, in the future, be required to remove all or part of an improvement for maintenance of a common area if the improvement restricts access to make a repair to common elements of the property. The Homeowner will be responsible for any cost incurred to assess that area.
- Submit one application per requested improvement.

Violations of the association's rules and regulations and the deed restrictions should be reported. We do not disclose your identity to the violator without your permission.
